**Dementia expert required for luxury older people's care home**

Bright Selection are very excited to be recruiting a Dementia Care Manager for a luxury nursing home, located a few miles to the north of central Bristol.

As the successful candidate you will become the Dementia expert within the home, with direct leadership of all dementia care activities in the area. You will ensure the care staff team are supported and trained to provide the very best care, supporting and developing a team of dementia care professionals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a comparable setting
  • Extensive senior experience in adult social care settings
  • Dementia Care Mapping qualification or prepared to undertake training for qualification within 12 months.
  • Level 3 NVQ
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and effectively manage a large team
  • Good understanding of CQC fundamental standards
