An exciting opportunity for an experienced home care manager is available in Bristol with a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
The role is with a well-respected local provider of care to the elderly and vulnerable, supporting a highly valued client.
The established branch has a Good rating from the CQC and serves over 90 clients in the Bristol area.
Candidates must be NVQ4 qualified or equivalent, have a strong understanding of CQC regulations, and possess experience in managing budgets and P&L.
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving outstanding targets within the branch.

Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be supporting a highly valued client, a regional provider of care to the elderly and vulnerable. This is an established branch, rated Good with the CQC and located just a few miles from the centre of Bristol.

With over 90 clients in the Bristol and surrounding area, my client is looking for an experienced manager with local knowledge, as well as a proven track record in maximising revenue via the privately funded market.

Requirements

Be NVQ4 qualified (or equivalent)
Have an excellent understanding of the CQC
Be fully conversant with budgets/P&L's
A car driver with a full clean driving licence

Responsibilities

Drive business growth
Deliver/exceed business targets
Move branch towards achieving Outstanding

Remuneration

Salary offered up to £60,000 per annum plus benefits.
