Electrical Design Engineer

We are now looking for an Electrical Designer to join the Engineering team of a leading manufacturer of Semiconductor Equipment in Bristol.

As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in RF, you will be a critical part of our Engineering team.

Your main responsibility will be to create and maintain electrical control solutions for high-end production and research customers. Specifically, you will focus on designing AMU (Auto Matching Unit), MMU (Manual Matching Unit), and RF (Radio Frequency) systems for Vacuum Deposition processes.

You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and developing RF Designs for semiconductor vacuum equipment.

Creating your accurate electrical designs, you will ensure compliance with company standards and relevant market standards (e.g., EN standards).

Supporting your design work, you will provide technical information for manuals and documentation.

Experience:

As the successful Electrical Designer you will have experience in Electrical Design, including designing machine control systems.

You will have strong computer literacy skills (MS Office) and full proficiency in AutoCAD LT 2014 or later.

Qualifications:

You should hold a minimum of an HNC in a relevant Electrical / Engineering discipline.
