This role offers a chance to design and optimize state-of-the-art low-voltage power distribution systems for naval applications.Key Responsibilities:?? Lead the design, development, and testing of bespoke electrical power systems.?? Apply technical expertise to solve complex challenges in power distribution and automation.?? Provide mentorship and direction to team members, collaborating across functions to meet project milestones.?? Oversee testing processes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.What We're Looking For:?? Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with extensive experience in power distribution systems.?? Strong background in AC/DC systems and marine or defense sectors.?? Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.?? Familiarity with electrical standards (IEC61439, Def Stans) and design software (AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, ETAP).?
