Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Company Information:Our client is a rapidly expanding company that supplies bespoke products to a wide range of market sectors, including construction, engineering, and manufacturing. They specialize in the production of high-quality, tailored solutions for various industries and operate across multiple areas of manufacturing.
The Role:We are currently seeking two Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join the team, specifically within one of the key areas of the business. The successful candidates will be electrically biased and will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across the production process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Electrical maintenance on 3-phase motors, inverters, and drives
- Mechanical maintenance, including bearing replacements, hydraulics, seals, and pneumatics (often involving straight swaps)
- Troubleshooting and repair of machinery within the manufacturing process
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Multi-skilled maintenance background with both electrical and mechanical experience
- Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
