Are you an experienced High Voltage Engineer looking to join a growing international business?

This company provides specialist operations and maintenance to solar farms across Europe. Their portfolio has continued to grow and is expecting to consistently expand over the coming years, requiring highly qualified individuals to continue providing an industry leading service.

In this role you will be conducting maintenance and providing technical insight on a variety of high voltage equipment across multiple solar farms providing thorough reports to ensure operations continue smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with high voltage transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers and protection relays. You may have previous experience working within an DNO, IDNO or ICP environment or previously held AP status within a similar industry. Solar experience is desirable, but can also be trained on for anyone outside the sector. If you have previously worked as a Cable Jointer you would be encouraged to apply.

The role:
*Inspection and reporting on HV operations across solar farms.
*Routine maintenance on electrical installations.
*Fault finding on electrical components.
*Working with and managing external subcontractors to complete maintenance tasks.

The person:
*Experience in the installation and/or maintenance of HV equipment.
*Good understanding on single line diagrams and switchgear schematics
*Clean UK driving licence.
*Willing to travel between multiple sites.
