As a Technical Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality installations and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our network of installers and driving our mission of a more sustainable future.

You will conduct thorough inspections of Cavity Wall and Solid Wall Insulation installations, assess and train new technicians, and provide ongoing support to our network of approved installing companies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our mission of a more sustainable future.

The Role

  • Conducting thorough inspections of installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assessing and training new technicians to maintain exceptional installation standards.
  • Providing ongoing support to our network of approved installing companies.
  • Monitoring and motivating installers to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
  • Producing detailed inspection reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with various teams to address issues and implement corrective actions.

The Person

  • Proven experience as a BBA Approved Cavity Wall Insulation Technician.
  • A strong understanding of industry standards, particularly PAS2030/35.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve and implement practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems for reporting and record-keeping.
