39,500 + Van on day 1

*PAID Call-Outs 1 in every 3 weeks = 100 / week to be on standby + 1.5x pay Monday - Saturday AND 2x pay Sunday

A qualified and experienced Domestic Electrician is required to join a large, national property maintenance company to work in and around Bristol. This company are mobilising a massive social housing contract with a housing provider that houses people aged 55+. As a domestic electrician, you will be responsible for completing reactive maintenance plumbing tasks on behalf of the client in occupied homes, including assessing works, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs such as repairing circuit breakers, small repairs, switches, recertification etc. You will be required to work from job tickets or a handheld device daily, as well as be trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively, and follow the companies health and safety policies and standards.

The successful candidates will have relevant electrical work experience in a housing environment, an NVQ L3 or Equivalent in the relevant electrical discipline, be qualified with an 18th Edition, and an AM2. Any other electrician tickets are a bonus. You will also be required to have a full UK driving license, and be able to pass a basic DBS check.
