Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified electrician to join a temporary project in Bristol, supporting an experienced site engineer. This role involves electrical installations, safety checks, and maintenance work on-site, ensuring the smooth operation of temporary electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect temporary electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
- Conduct regular safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults or malfunctions across the site.
- Support external subcontractors when required on-site.
- Ensure all tasks are completed following strict health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with relevant certification (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition).
- Experience with temporary electrical installations on site.
- In-depth knowledge of wiring regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
