We have a vacancy for an Electrician to join the Team covering the South east London area to carry out all aspects of electrical repairs and fault finding within occupied properties.

Essential Qualifications:

  • City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
  • 17/18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671.
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing or good testing experience

Job Descripition:

  • Experience in domestic EICR's and social housing essential
  • The maintenance, installation and repair of electrical systems within our portfolios.
  • Accountability for general reactive maintenance, fault finding, ensuring satisfactory fault rectification.
  • Undertaking general maintenance tasks and survey inspections in areas including confined spaces and at height.
