Electrician (Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance and Repair) required for permanent, full-time role in bristol
  • £40,000 per annum 
  • Monday – Friday
  • Fully expensed company van
  • Overtime and shift allowance available
  • Bonus paid on circuits tested over 45 daily - £2.70 Per extra circuit 
  • Saturday and Sunday paid at £3.50 Per extra circuit ( The average bonus earned per week across 50 engineers - £450 )
About the role
  • Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills.
  • Provide routine maintenance of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
The right candidate
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrics
  • In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid UK driving licence
