A National Facilities Management company is seeking a Static / Site Based Electrician for a large hospital in Brentwood.
The role requires strong electrical maintenance experience and knowledge of heating, air conditioning systems, and building fabric repairs.
Candidates must have a C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation and an 18th edition certificate, with a full UK driving license.
The position offers a salary between £44,000.00 and £46,000.00 per year and requires a commitment to planned and reactive maintenance.
Applicants should be prepared to work out of hours and participate in a call-out rota, demonstrating good communication and organizational skills.

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Electrician looking for a new role ideally based on 1 large site local to Brentwood. If so this could be for you This National Facilities Management company are currently recruiting a Static / Site Based Electrician for a large hospital in Brentwood. As Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to the sites Mechanical and Electrical Services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £44,000.00-£46,000.00 per year

The Successful candidate will have:

Strong Electrical Maintenance experience
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
General building services tasks
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant
Generators - visual checks
Water temps and cooling tower
Lamp changes

Key Skills and Qualifications

C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation
18th edition certificate
Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
Have good communication and organisation skills
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Participate in a call out rota
Must have a full UK driving license
