We are recruiting for a prestigious facilities management client, seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team. This role provides a competitive salary, generous holidays, and opportunities for overtime in a stable, static work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine electrical maintenance and emergency repairs across the distribution site.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site FM team to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360/2330 or equivalent).
- Proven experience in maintenance, ideally within large static sites or the facilities management sector.
- Strong diagnostic skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Must be comfortable working in a large static distribution environment.
- Valid UK driving licence (though no van provided for this role).
