Maintenance Electrician Required.
I am working with a Large and reputable FM client based in Bristol who are looking for Maintanence Electricians to join their ever growing business. My client Specialise in Faciltiies Management and pride themsevles on deliverying a broad range of projects from residential to critical environemetns to high quality. Growing rapidly to become a leading provider of FM and building management support.
Maintenance Electrician Role:
- To carry out a range of maintenance and installations, repairs, services and test & inspection projects.
- To be able to diagnose faults and rectify
- To carry out general PPM and remedial electrical works
- To carry out some electrical installation works
- To complete emergency lighting, Fire alarm systems, control panel, and general building services inspections and repairs.
- Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure not only the smooth delivery of project but also to Health and safety standards.
Requirements of application for the Maintenance Electrician:
- UK Drivers Licence
- Experience in electrical maintenance, repair and servicing in a commercial/residential FM environment.
- Knoweldge of electrical tools, equipment and materials common to the electrical trade
- Electrical Qualifications to 18th edition minimum requirement.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics and electrical drawings.
