Salary: 45k - 55k (dependent on skills and qualifications)

Role Overview
My client is seeking a Projects focussed 3rd line Engineer to support and maintain their managed IT services, focusing on cloud-based deployments and infrastructure solutions as well as getting involved with pre-sales. The successful candidate will play a senior role within the team, working with technical architects on a variety of complex IT projects and acting as a key point of escalation for more intricate technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cloud system deployments (Azure PaaS, IaaS, SaaS)
- Overseeing on-premise and cloud server installations
- Supporting clients during critical IT outages
- Collaborating with the team to drive new IT requirements and solutions
This is a dynamic, varied role requiring a strong technical background in cloud technologies.

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in an MSP environment OR Azure Environment
- Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server technologies
- Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services
- Experience with Hyper-V, vSphere, and backup/DR technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- A valid driver's license and transport access
