Our client is leading the way in pioneering cutting-edge RF, Electro-Optic (EO), and Infrared (IR) technologies. We're expanding our Seekers & DataLink Systems team and seeking talented professionals to drive innovation across the full product lifecycle - from research to production.

• Systems Engineering: Develop algorithms, models, and requirements for next-gen seekers.

• Hardware Design: Design and validate RF/microwave and EO/IR systems.

• Integration & Testing: Transition prototypes to robust production-ready solutions.

• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with suppliers, customers, and top-tier engineers.

? RF/EO/IR Expertise: Experience in RF systems, optical design, or signal processing.
? Technical Skills:

• RF/microwave hardware | EO/IR concept design | DSP/control systems

• Systems modelling (e.g., MATLAB) | Requirements management (DOORS, SysML)

• Design for production (qualification testing, certification).
  ? Problem-Solving: Ability to lead technical investigations and deliver solutions.
  ? Security Clearance: Eligibility for UK clearance (British citizenship required).
