Key Opportunities:
Systems Engineering: Develop algorithms, models, and requirements for next-gen seekers.
Hardware Design: Design and validate RF/microwave and EO/IR systems.
Integration & Testing: Transition prototypes to robust production-ready solutions.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with suppliers, customers, and top-tier engineers.
We're Looking For:
? RF/EO/IR Expertise: Experience in RF systems, optical design, or signal processing.
? Technical Skills:
RF/microwave hardware | EO/IR concept design | DSP/control systems
Systems modelling (e.g., MATLAB) | Requirements management (DOORS, SysML)
Design for production (qualification testing, certification).
? Problem-Solving: Ability to lead technical investigations and deliver solutions.
? Security Clearance: Eligibility for UK clearance (British citizenship required).
