Change Manager - Business Change Team

Are you passionate about driving organizational change and helping teams adapt in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our growing Business Change team, leading the change management approach on a variety of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the change management approach and delivery for designated projects within the company’s strategic portfolio.
  • Design, develop, and manage engagement and communication strategies in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess readiness, and manage key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Provide input into the design and delivery of training programs to support organizational change.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify risks, analyse them, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coach and consult with project teams on change management needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s change processes, methodologies, and templates.
  • Engage with the business to ensure a smooth and effective change program.
  • Integrate change management activities into the broader project plan, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Track, report, and resolve any issues impacting the success of change initiatives.
  • Define and measure success metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of change efforts.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in delivering and embedding organizational change, particularly in technology or operational technology projects.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in applying project management principles to change management activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to influence others towards a common vision or goal.
  • Highly organized with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
