Frazer Jones is partnering with an international leading brand to help them recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to be based at their Bristol site.

This is a multi-site role offering hybrid working of one day per week in an office, and 2/3 days per month visiting other sites. Its a fast paced, high-volume role that will offer great experience and exposure across the organisation.

As the Employee Relations Advisor you'll act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, advising on a wide range of ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and conflict resolution. You will drive a fair and consistent as well as supportive workplace culture.

Key Duties:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Manage a high volume of ER caseloads from initial investigation through to employment tribunal.
  • Support change management processes such as restructures, redundancies, and consultations.
  • Minimise risk to the organisation by ensuring employee relation practices are accordance with legislation and company policies whilst balancing operational requirements.
  • Provide direct and in person support for complex and high-risk cases where necessary
  • Coach and support managers in all aspects of people management including; performance management, disciplinary, absence management, capability and grievance processes to ensure compliance to both company policy and employment legislation as well as mitigate risk.

What you will need:

  • Specialist employment relations knowledge within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability of supporting high volume employee relation case management.
  • Experience handling complex, high risk and sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Applied knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Experience supporting restructuring, redundancy.
  • Experience managing small-medium HR projects and working collaboratively with colleagues in a center of excellence/shared service environment.
  • You will need to hold a clean driving license and access to a car
