Trainee Sales + Recruitment Consultant (Public Sector)

£24,000 - £25,000 + commission (OTE year 1: £40k-50k+)

Your role will be to build relationships, securing new clients across the Public Sector and find high calibre candidates. You will gain award winning training, access to materials for self-development and coaching from some of the best in the business.

This is best suited to someone who will thrive in a high-performance environment with goals to progress to leadership.

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
  • Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
  • Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Career progression into leadership and director roles
  • Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)
  • Industry-leading training provided by our L&D team (no experience required)
