Starting salary: 24,000 - 25,000 + uncapped commission
OTE Year 1: 40,000 - 50,000

The Role:
- Create your own 360 recruitment desk, mastering client development and candidate sourcing
- Sales, B2B sales, cold calling, business development, relationship management
- Interviewing candidates
- Managing the process for both clients and candidates
