My client in Bristol are looking to appoint a talented HR Support Officer on a Contract basis.

The successful candidate will assist and support the Director of Workforce and Change and Head of Human Resources to achieve the strategic priorities of the HR Service plan and budget monitoring requirements.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £20+ day rate, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Bristol (Hybrid):

  • Timely provision, preparation, monitoring and analysis of a range of financial information for the HR budgets
  • Provide competent advice and support to internal and external clients, in accordance with service level agreements
  • Amend / manipulate / develop spreadsheets, databases, and other applications to update records and retrieve specific information
  • To be responsible for responding to more complex escalated issues (resolution of contracts, debtors payments) from a wide range of sources

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant level 4 qualification e.g. NVQ level 4, diploma, degree
  • High standard of communication skills, evidenced by experiences of dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Local Authority experience is essential
