Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in our Bristol office, supporting our offices across the South West and London. We are a full-service law firm and support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different practice areas, including; Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial, Private Client and Agriculture. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices. To be our next Recruitment Resourcer, ideally you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

  • Candidate sourcing through various platforms, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of the compliance process, within a Recruitment/HR function
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Relationship building, with internal and external stakeholders

Whilst this role is based in the Bristol office there will be the opportunity for you to travel to our other offices. It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
