Key Skill Areas:
- Radio Frequency (RF):
- Pulsed Power, High Voltage, RF, Antenna Design, or Directed Energy experience.
- Defence or academic background (PhD desirable but not essential).
- Low Observability (Stealth Design):
- Experience in low observability, stealth design, or RF modelling (e.g., CST).
- Antenna design or metamaterials expertise.
- Lasers:
- Systems engineering experience, covering requirements, design, testing, and verification.
- Knowledge of optical design, atmospheric transmission, and high-speed control/image processing approaches.
- Software development understanding and comfort with fast-paced projects.
- System Design and Engineering:
- System design expertise, especially in RF systems and/or antenna design.
- Knowledge of Pulse Power or High Voltage design.
- Experience in bidding or technical project management is beneficial for senior roles.

- Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
