- A broad based engineering background, with knowledge and experience of Weapon Systems support models
- Understanding of predictive logistics models
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across the business
- Strategic planning of support work, from supply chain through to customer delivery
