Air Quality Consultant:

My client is a specialist environmental consultancy with over 60 years of experience in delivering air quality and odour control assessments across the UK. They serve a broad range of clients including local councils, schools, developers, and large home builders. Their main objective is to provide services that help clients achieve compliance with key planning and permitting regulations, ensuring a smooth process.

Requirements:

  • A relevant bachelors degree and/or membership with the IAQM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with various projects related to air quality and odour control.
  • Proficiency in using different dispersion modelling software such as AERMOD and ADMS.
  • Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
  • Ensure that dust assessments are conducted to comply with relevant legislation.
  • Generate reports that comply with COSHH and meet key indoor air quality investigation requirements.
  • Provide clients with practical advice on addressing any issues that arise.
  • Undertake odour assessments and conduct odour modelling for clients.
