Description
- Maintain our ISO9001 Management System and lead the update to ISO14001, coordinating across all departments
- Identify and implement processes to meet client requirements and expectations
- Drive continuous improvement and develop corrective actions for non-conformities
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits of our management systems
- Lead validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Address customer complaints and requests in coordination with After Sales
- Manage supplier homologations, audits, and monitoring
- Respond to public administration requests regarding environmental aspects
- Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
- Participate in setting departmental objectives and monitor results
- Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, suppliers, clients, and public administration
Profile
As the Quality & Environment Manager you will be able to demonstrate
- Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Demonstrable Quality Management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
- Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards
- Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems
- Supplier Quality
- Team leadership and people development skills
