An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a vibrant team in Bristol. Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of BREEAM assessments and contribute to innovative environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on how to reduce the environmental impact of the built environment. By providing BREEAM, HQM, DREAM and other rating systems advice and assessment to clients and design teams.
  • You will be working on a wide variety of projects, with multiple clients, across all industry sectors. Becoming familiar with and keeping abreast of industry/sector initiatives through regular CPD'S.

The Ideal Graduate BREEAM Consultant Will:

  • Be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices.
  • Possess a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC)) - though not essential.
  • Have a strong passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
