Senior Sustainability Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist services to residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure projects. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sustainability Consultant who is looking to progress to a Principal level and lead their sustainability team in their Bristol offices.

Role responsibilities for a Senior Sustainability consultant include:

  • Produce sustainability, energy, and environmental statements, whilst reviewing low carbon technologies and energy centres
  • Lead on numerous net zero and BREEAM related projects, whilst mentoring the more junior members of the team
  • Develop achievable sustainability and net zero strategies for buildings and portfolios
  • Carry out site visits and implement long term sustainability goals for projects to help reduce their carbon footprint

The ideal Senior Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within a sustainability consultancy role within the construction industry
  • Degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
  • Previous experience delivering BREEAM and WELL assessments
  • Successful track record of delivering on numerous carbon and BREEAM related projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
