This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent environmental consultancy who provide expert energy and sustainability services to clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for an LCA Specialist who can hit the ground running for their sustainability team who operate in Bristol.

Role responsibilities for an LCA Specialist include:

  • Produce Whole Life Carbon Assessments using OneClick LCA for the RIBA planning stages of construction projects
  • Produce circular economy strategies and ensure LCA and circular economy reports are in line with BREEAM reporting guidance
  • Keep up to date with low carbon technologies that focus on Net Zero
  • Overlook the more junior members of the team and ensure their LCA and Circular Economy strategies are of a high standard
  • Carry out Embodied carbon calculations and provide clients with sustainable solutions to minimise their projects carbon footprint

The ideal LCA Specialist will have:

  • Relevant experience in a consultancy role within the built environment industry
  • Proficiency with OneClick LCA software to produce Whole Life Carbon Assessments for Construction projects
  • Relevant degree in an environmental science, architectural, or engineering degree
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
