This agency is on the lookout for an experienced Campaign Manager to join their dynamic team and manage a portfolio of events for one of their flagship clients.

The Campaign Manager will take ownership of their assigned events and campaigns under the supervision of the Campaign Director. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with agency clients, with a primary focus on one of their most significant accounts.

Key Responsibilities for the Campaign Manager:

- Managing a portfolio of events across the year, with a strong emphasis on brand activations within a festival environment. - Translating creative concepts into live experiences, overseeing everything from planning to execution, including coordinating with the in-house production team, on-site setup, and event delivery. - Providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams for all events in your portfolio. - Leading the delivery of multiple activations each year, ensuring projects move smoothly from initial idea to final execution. - Acting as the main client contact, ensuring regular communication, updates, and reporting, while also managing the internal campaign team.

Requirements for the Campaign Manager Role:

- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position within an event agency setting. - A proven track record of leading the planning and execution of events and brand activations. - Experience in managing teams and event staffing to meet campaign objectives. - Expertise in event production processes, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale event installations.

- Flexibility to travel and a driving license is desirable.
