I’m delighted to be supporting a great Client of ours, an established legal practice with offices in Bristol and London. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as an Events Officer, Events Coordinator or Events Assistant. Alternatively, this role could also be a good match for a broader marketer such as Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager who have done some events work in the past. What you’ll be doingThe brand new role will report into the Marketing Executive and will be a part of a larger marketing team. The purpose of the role is to design, plan and coordinate a range of events such as webinars, seminars, conferences and social gatherings. The successful postholder will liaise closely with barristers, practice managers and external partners to make sure that events are being executed in a successful manner. They will manage logistics, venue booking, suppliers procurement, guest lists, ticketing and technical rehearsals. What experience you’ll need to apply• Previous experience working in a similar role with an emphasis on events coordination preferably within the professional services set up. • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.• Experience in planning and executing a variety of event formats, including in-person and virtual events.• Keen eye for detail and strong project management abilities.What you’ll get in return for your experienceA salary of £32k (pro rata) + great benefits.
