What youll be doing
- The Marketing Manager will be strategic and hands on, leading a team of two Social Media/Content Executive and a Partnerships Manager. Youll drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for events and the sales team attracting the best brands, agencies and retailers to their industry leading events.
- You'llplay a key role in growing audience engagement, hosted meetings and ensuring CRM and automation tools are leveraged effectively to support revenue growth.
- Youll oversee the delivery of email marketing, paid media campaigns (paid social mostly), SEO, and content to maximise reach and impact.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B event marketing, lead generation, and CRM management ideally with Hubspot or a similar platform.
- Experienced in driving MQL growth and supporting sales teams in revenue generation.
- Good grounding in PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience or a willingness to step up into a line management or mentoring role (the team are great and have good experience, but theyre also ambitious and keen to develop their own careers so you can play a role in helping them achieve their goals).
