Simple Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Administration & Accounts Assistant for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Bishop Sutton area.
The Job:
- Answering the telephone, taking orders/messages/queries
- Using the internal ordering software to place orders/credits
- Monitoring emails and actioning where needed
- General office duties
- Accounts/bookkeeping administration using Xero
- Purchase Ledger
- Monthly payment runs
- Bank and till reconciliations
- Filing
About You:
- Attention to detail
- Hands on and happy to work across the wider business
- Xero experience
- Ability to undertake a range of administrative procedures
- Ability to communicate in a friendly, and helpful manner in person and on the telephone
- Due to location, own transport essential
