Requirements
- Strong, positive, pro-active manager who always looks for solutions
- A hands on manager who will work on the bar and help the team
- Ability to keep standards high
- Experience of working in a late night venue
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of training staff
- Experience of managing controllable costs including stock and wages helps although not essential
- A love of craft beer is a bonus!
