  • Systematically manage and organise email inboxes to ensure efficient correspondence handling.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact, providing gatekeeping support to safeguard the Executive's time.
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements for the Executive, including international trips and accommodation bookings.
  • Allocating time in the Executive's schedule for personal commitments, such as family or holidays, alongside business responsibilities.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing comprehensive briefings for the Executive.
  • Offering support for additional tasks beyond the standard role requirements as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proactively anticipate and address issues before they escalate to the Executive.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Provide on-site support to effectively assist both the team and the Executive.
  • Excel at multitasking and perform well under dynamic, fast-paced conditions.
  • Bring prior experience as an executive assistant, supporting MDs, FDs, or C-Suite executives.
  • Uphold a professional yet approachable demeanour.
  • Confidently prioritise the Executive's needs, demonstrating a decisive and assured approach.
