Team Assistant - Financial Services

We are hiring on behalf of a leading financial services firm for a professional and highly organised Team Assistant to support a small but fast-paced Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-focused support role and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What you will do:

You'll be supporting senior team members across a wide range of tasks including diary and inbox management, preparing documents and presentations, booking meetings and travel, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining a well-run and welcoming office environment. You'll also act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, manage expenses, coordinate team events, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
