Production Assistant Bristol (BS20)
A leading Engineering company is currently seeking a Production Assistant to join their team in their service centre in Bristol.
The role will involve general assistant to the shop floor as well as delivering parts to client locations within the region.
The role will involve;
- Delivering and collecting goods from both suppliers and customer sites
- General shop floor duties to include;
- Routine checks on equipment
- Painting of equipment where required
- Cleaning the facility
- Safety checks
- Operating fork lift trucks
- Movement of materials within the facility
- Checking inbound shipments/materials
This is varied role which requires the following;
- Previous experience working in an Engineering/production environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Understanding of Health and Safety Requirements
- Good computer literacy
- It would be highly desirable to have a FLT Licence however training can be provided
Full training will be provided for the role. It is essential that you hold a Full UK Licence. The role offers flexibility in start/finish times working a 37.5 hour week. The salary on offer is circa 27,000-28,000 plus benefits to include 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), Pension and other great benefits.
