Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Worker to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor food processing equipment according to company standards.

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.

  • Inspect products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production area.

  • Follow food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

  • Package and label products accurately.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimise production processes.

  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures to prevent injuries.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • GCSE Level education or equivalent preferred - Basic math and reading skills to follow instructions and measure ingredients.

    Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is an advantage.
