Mach Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives for a food production site in Willand, offering a basic rate of £11.69 per hour and an overtime rate of £14.61 per hour.
No prior experience is required, and candidates can start immediately, with shifts available from early morning to late evening.
Duties include packing products, conducting basic quality checks, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
The position offers both temporary and permanent opportunities after 12 weeks, along with weekly pay and training provided.
Candidates must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift and have reliable transportation to Willand.

We are looking for Production Operatives

Basic rate £11.69 per hour

OT rate £14.61 per hour

Shift:

05:30 to 14:30 or 05:00 to 15:15 or 05:00 to 17:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 or 15:30 to 00:00

Temp or perm opportunities after 12 weeks

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in 2 Sisters Food Group Willand

The role:

As a Production Operative you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as followed:

Packing of customer product as per required specification

Basic Quality checks of product

General production duties

Some lifting of product

Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to

To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements

This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times

General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor

About you:

As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

Start immediately and are looking for long term work

Previous warehouse experience not needed

Able to work up to 12 hours per shift

You will be able to travel to Willand
