Production Operator

Lightyear Recruitment are work with a global company on the look out for the best talent in production. This role is a temp to perm role where you will be working by your self and part of a team.

What you will be doing in this role -

To Build Products to drawing specification or pictorially as detailed in the standard operating procedure.

To understand product application to allow the person assembling to appreciate possible implications of malfunction if certain procedures are not followed.

To ensure that all necessary documentation is completed on time, is accurate and can be read by others.

To segregate non-conforming parts and informing the immediate Team Leader and / or Supervisor.

To notify the Team Leader and/or Supervisor of any problems or suggestions on how problems may be remedied or not repeated.

To ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the company health and safety policy and that any incident or injury is reported to the Supervisor and / or Production Manager as soon as possible.

To ensure all site practices are maintained at a high level and that standards of cleanliness/tidiness are also maintained to a high standard.

To carry out other specific and ad hoc duties on a periodic basis, as agreed with management, to assist in the efficient running of our business and contribute to the company's project objectives.

Receiving and checking of material, as per the Standard Operating Procedures.

Keeping work cell organized, clean and tidy

Checking for damaged stock and reporting any damage to relevant persons.

Assisting with any other reasonable duties which may be required.

What you need -
