ProjectScope:

OurclientspartnerisembarkingonanERPprogramme,toreplacethevarioussystemsinusewithineachofthegroupbusinesseswithasingleERPsolution.

Thiswillbealargeprogrammeofworkspanningmultipleyearswithasignificantamountofbusinesschangeactivitytoaugmentthestructureoftheorganisationandtheprocessesthatareinusetoensurethemaximumbenefitcanbegained.

Wearelandingasmallteamtosupportwithphase1boftheprogramme,whichisthepreparationphasetoensurereadinessforDiscoveryandDesignworkshops,whichwillcommencefromMaythisyear.

TOMRequirement/TargetOperatingModel:

  • FortheTOMrequirement,weneedaconsultantthathasexperienceofdesigningandideallyimplementingTargetOperatingModelsasaresultofERPimplementations.
  • IdeallytheconsultantwillhaveexperienceofTOMworkwithinanorganisationwithasignificant/complexsupplychain
  • Ideally,theconsultantwillhavecompletedaTOMforahighlyacquisitivebusiness
  • IdeallytheconsultantwillhaveexperienceofdesigningaTOMforanorganisationwithasignificantnumberofbusinesseswithinitsmakeup
  • IdeallytheconsultantwillhaveexperienceofdesigningaTOMforanorganisationthatisgeographicallydispersed
  • Stronggravitaswillbekey,withanabilitytoinfluencestakeholdersandconversations
  • Engagementwillrequireareasonableamountoftimeon-site
  • Familiaritywiththesimplificationofbusinessprocessatahighlevel(e.g.takingmultiplefinancedepartmentsformavarietyofbusinesseswithinthegroupandarticulatinghowthiscanbeconsolidatedintoasinglefinance function)
