We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a well-known business based in Bristol.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, providing insights to drive decision-making and business strategy.
Candidates should be part-qualified accountants or working towards qualification with relevant experience, along with strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary starting from £35,000.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a well known business based in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, providing insights to drive decision-making and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly outlooks and performance updates
Provide regular reporting on financial performance vs budget and prior year
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify and assess risks and opportunities
Conduct variance analysis and provide commercial insights

Key Skills & Experience:

Part-qualified accountant (or working towards qualification) with relevant experience
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with stakeholders across the business, providing challenge and insight
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
