Our client, a leading insurance firm, is seeking a Risk & Assurance Officer to join their Bristol team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their comprehensive risk management framework.Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on the internal control framework and document key risks and controls
  • Support risk reviews, control testing, and compliance reporting
  • Maintain risk systems, track loss events, and identify emerging risks
  • Conduct due diligence and support operational resilience and data protection activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pursue professional development

Your Skills:

  • Working towards or willing to achieve Risk Management qualifications
  • Experience in risk management or financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Strong relationship-building skills and high self-awareness
  • Creative problem-solver with a collaborative approach
  • Open to adjustments based on organisational needs
