One of our highly successful business partners with a hugely successful track record, now seek dynamic, experienced and suitably CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified individuals to offer mortgage & protection advice to a quality lead source of potential customers. These customers will be requiring all manner of mortgage & protection advice and will be from across the whole of the UK.

The successful candidates will be working from their home office with access to the head office in Bristol as required; this is a challenging yet extremely rewarding role for the right advisers with the appetite to succeed!

• This highly successful mortgage broker business deals with quality mortgage leads every month and has a superb infrastructure in place to generate quality leads for the first 12 months, therefore, the opportunity to be successful here is really exceptional.
• We’d love to talk to experienced advisers who have what it takes to get the best out of the leads and appointments generated for you.
• If you crack this, you’ll have the chance to earn £60,000+ per annum given the quality and volume of business on offer on a highly competitive SELF EMPLOYED package, 60% split on ALL leads, introduced and self generated, with financial support in the early months if required
• The role will suit advisers who are not afraid to work hard to succeed and have the motivation and desire to win, with the additional attraction of a fantastic lead source and the ability to convert the leads to written and completed business is key.
• You will need to demonstrate that you can develop strong relationships with both customers and the wider team, whilst being able to advise and recommend the most suitable mortgage and protection products.
• In addition to this, you will have an excellent in-house service providing full administration support to process your cases.
• You will also receive training to build your own network of leads and contacts for year 2 onwards!
