The Opportunity:This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Team Leading and Broking experience to take control of a small team of account handlers. You will be dealing with general day to day broking whilst also managing, coaching, 1 to 1s and overseeing the smooth running of the team. What’s needed for me to be considered?
