About the RoleWe are recruiting a motivated and ambitious individual to join our client's dynamic team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Bristol. You’ll guide clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice to help them secure the best deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Conduct consultations to assess client circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Research mortgage options and submit applications to lenders.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure a smooth process.
• Provide clients with ongoing updates and excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively participate in training programs to develop your skills as a Trainee Mortgage Broker.

What We’re Looking For?? CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualification (essential).?? Proven sales experience, ideally in financial or customer service roles.?? Clean credit history and a full UK driving license.?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.?? Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.?? Team-oriented with the drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
