Commercial Account Handler Location: BristolSalary: Up to £30,000 | 25 days holiday | + benefits

The Role We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join one of the UK’s top independent brokering firms and join our growing team in the South East of England. This company has multiple offices across the UK in the brokerage division. Being part of large company like this offers great opportunities to gain qualifications such as your Cert CII and promoting staff who undertake additional studies and offering full support financing studies and exams. Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve acquiring appropriate cover for new business and renewals and recognising cross-sell opportunities or uninsured areas. You will be assigned renewals, MTA’s and quotations whilst understanding clients needs and risk exposure, dealing with insurers regarding quotations, policy and claim queries. Part of your role will also require you to carry out any other duties as required by the business. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler experience in SME
• Ideally you'll have Acturis experience
• Cert CII is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and obtain quotations for new and existing clients
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all client queries are resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives and other team members to support business growth and client retention.
