  • Managing the service charge accounting project for your assigned portfolio
  • Exercising sound judgement and professional scepticism in reviewing service charge expenditure, assuming responsibility for all aspects of file completion
  • Responsible for service charge accounting and looking after a specialist portfolio
  • Overseeing financial management of the project
  • Manage a dedicated team on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for managing multiple deadlines and prioritising activities
  • Act as a key point of contact with a range of stakeholders
  • Work with senior managers and Directors on various projects and ad-hoc tasks
The ideal candidate  will  be  ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with excellent technical accounting and reporting skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service charge accounting would be an advantage
