Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for a portfolio of clients
  • Managing and developing junior team members
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
  • Providing business advisory support and identifying opportunities for added value
  • Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies
  • Assisting in workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
  • A proactive and motivated approach
